Our child has been in Willows for almost a year. The settling-in process was really reassuring and our child found it much easier than we anticipated. The app used for communication and updates works really well. The weekly newsletters, parent workshops, and parent meetings are all super informative and create an open channel of communication. The team have encouraged our child’s independence and confidence. The setting is lovely in the rec. They organise great daily activities and outings and we love seeing all the amazing and different things he gets up to on a daily basis. As a qualified nutritionist, I’m really happy with the meals provided at Willows which are always nutritionally balanced and our child eats them all 99% of the time.
